The Underground At The Mob Museum Announces Live Music, Cocktail Specials And More in May

LAS VEGAS (April 2024) – This May, The Underground speakeasy and distillery at The Mob Museum, the National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement, unveils a dazzling array of live entertainment, exclusive events and drink specials. In honor of Cinco de Mayo and World Whisky Day, guests can raise a glass and celebrate with cocktail and flight specials. The full roster of events and promotions follows.

Cinco de Mayo
Date: Saturday, May 4 through Sunday, May 5
Time: 11 a.m. to Midnight
Location: The Underground Speakeasy
Cost: $2 off the Tequileros Cooler (regularly priced at $16).
Description: This Cinco de Mayo, visitors are invited to savor one of The Underground’s seasonally inspired tequila-based cocktails. Guests can enjoy $2 off the refreshing Tequileros Cooler made with tequila, mezcal, triple sec, hibiscus, cucumber, lime and mint.

Cocktails and Conversation with Calabrese: Prison Recordings and Building the “Family Secrets” Case
Date: Tuesday, May 7
Time: 8 to 9 p.m.
Location: The Underground distillery.

Description: Guests are invited to join reformed mobster Frank Calabrese Jr. in The Underground distillery for the exclusive opportunity to hear stories from his past with the Chicago Outfit. This May, learn how Calabrese Jr. risked his life recording his father in the prison yard and how the FBI used those tapes to craft the Family Secrets case. Each ticket purchase includes one craft cocktail.

World Whisky Day
Date: Saturday, May 18
Time: 11 a.m. to Midnight
Location: The Underground Speakeasy
Cost: 10% off the American Influence bourbon flight and Whiskeys of the World flight.
Description: In honor of World Whisky Day, The Underground speakeasy is celebrating this global spirit with 10% off both the American Influence bourbon flight and Whiskeys of the World flight. The American Influence flight offers a variety of complex and diverse corn-based whiskeys while the Whiskeys of the World flight features Irish whiskey, Scotch, bourbon and Japanese whisky.
