Ocean Club Resort’s Ginger Lemonade

Located along the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach and turquoise waters of Providenciales, sits Ocean Club Resorts.  These two Turks and Caicos sister properties provide an ideal location for  direct beach access. All-suite features like a kitchen, washer/dryer and porch area, make each visitor feel like they’ve discovered their idyllic beach home. Watersports, bike rentals, tennis courts and beachside activities can all be found at the resort. The Ginger Lemonade is one of the most popular beach bar drinks at Ocean Club’s two resorts.

Ginger Lemonade Recipe

1 piece of 10 cm (70g) of ginger peeled and chopped

1 cup of lemon juice (about three to four lemons)

1/3 cup of maple syrup

6 cup of water

2 lemons cut into slices for garnish

Place the ginger in a food processor or blender. Add fresh lemon juice and process until smooth. Add water and maple syrup. Mix well. Strain out ginger pulp. Serve in glasses filled with ice. Add white rum to taste for a more “happy hour” inspired drink.

Cayo Espanto’s Espanto Wave

1 ounce of Captain Morgan Rum

0.5 ounce of Blue Curacao Liquor

0.3 ounce of Amaretto

0.5 ounce of Triple Sec

1 ounce of Pineapple squash

1 ounce of Lime juice

1 tablespoon of Sugar

Ice cubes

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and frozen. Sit back, relax and create a taste of your own private island paradise from the comfort of your home.

Grand Residence’s Riviera Cancun’s Blueberry Mezcalita Recipe

2 Oz. Mezcal

2 Oz. Cranberry juice

2 Oz. Sprite

1/4 cup of blueberries

2 slices of green lime

4 Mint leaves

6 cubes of ice

1 sprint of mint for garnish

1 blackberry for garnish

In a glass add the green lime, blueberries and the mint leaves. With a pestle for cocktails, macerate until the juices are released and well mixed. Add the ice cubes, the cranberry juice, the sprite, the mezcal and mix. Decorate with the blackberry and the sprint of mint.

Hawks Cay Resort’s Key Lime Pie Mojito

Hawks Cay Resort’s Key Lime Pie Mojito Recipe

1 ½ oz    Conch Republic Rum

½ oz       Keke Key Lime Cream Liqueur

½ oz       Fresh lime juice

½ oz       Simple syrup

2 ½ oz   Club soda

8            Mint leaves

½           Lime

1            Mint sprig

Combine all ingredients except for the club soda into a shaker. Fill the shaker with 2/3 ice and shake vigorously. Add club soda, shake once then pour contents into a 12 oz glass. Garnish with fresh lime juice and a mint sprig.

The Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort’s Coclé Tropical Mojito Recipe

Guests at The Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort can enjoy the hotel’s signature cocktail, the Coclé Tropical MojitoThe cocktail is served at Palapa Bar and is inspired by the great Cuban classic Mojito created by master mixologist, Miguel Diaz. One of the key ingredients is Ron (rum) Abuelo, a locally grown rum brand and one of the most widely represented liquors in Panama. Fruit and spices cultivated in the nearby Santa Monica Farm are represented in this cocktail with flavors such as pineapple, passion fruit, coconut, and cinnamon. This are all favorite local ingredients in the Cocle region.

Buenaventura Golf & Beach Resort’s Coclé Tropical Mojito Recipe

1.7 oz. Ron (rum) Abuelo XV Tawny

12 fresh mint leaves
1.35 oz. passion fruit juice
6 pieces of lemon, juiced
1.35 oz. syrup with cinnamon, coconut and sugarcane

Candied pineapple slices

The cocktail is garnished with mint leaves, dry pineapple slices, shaved coconut and a burnt cinnamon stick.

Harbour Village Bonaire’s Rinconcera or Masha Danki Recipe
