Palmasola Welcomes Chef Alfredo Jauregui

We are delighted to announce the addition of Chef Alfredo Jauregui as Palmasola´s new Executive Chef. Alfredo joins our team with a wealth of experience that includes over 10 years at the Four Seasons Punta Mita in addition to tenures at Vidanta, the Mayan Palace in Sonora and Las Palomas Resort. His mentorships with top chefs include Richard Sandoval, Alfonso de la Dehesa, and Kaz Okochi, to name a few.

His inspirations draw from his varied positions in the hospitality world and most importantly from his local roots and family. A native from Nayarit, Alfredo´s passion for gastronomy started in his youth at home with his mother´s cooking. He loves how sharing a good meal can create cherished memories that last a lifetime. Alfredo´s use of authentic flavors, creativity and selection of top ingredients make his culinary creations truly spectacular. We are honored to have Chef Alfredo as part of our team!
