Gramercy Tavern’s Chef Michael Anthony Heads to Cabo for an Unforgettable Week of Culinary Excellence

This March, three of North America’s most celebrated chefs are coming together in Los Cabos to offer a once-in-a-lifetime several culinary experiences that showcase the very best of Cabo cuisine. From March 23-29, Chileno Bay Resort & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection, will welcome Chef Michael Anthony of Gramercy Tavern back to Cabo for an unforgettable dinner series.

Chef Michael Anthony joins Chileno Bay Executive Chef Juan Pablo Loza and Chef Alicia Padilla to introduce special menus that showcase their unique perspectives on Baja’s local bounty. Guests dining at Chileno Bay’s signature restaurant, COMAL, during the week of March 23 will enjoy a limited-time collaborative menu courtesy of Chef Loza and Chef Anthony.

Chef Anthony will also join the dynamic Chileno Bay culinary team for two oceanfront dining experiences on March 27 and 29:

  • Oceanfront Dining with Chefs Michael Anthony and Alicia Padilla: On Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 6-10pm, guests will enjoy a local vegetable-centric collaboration created by Chef Michael Anthony and Chileno Bay’s own Chef Alicia Padilla. The unforgettable oceanfront dining experience will take place on the beach, overlooking the shimmering waters of the Pacific ocean during and after sunset. The menu showcases the best of both Chef’s culinary inspiration with an emphasis on sustainably sourced ingredients.
  • Comal Welcomes Chef Michael Anthony: On Friday, March 29, James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Anthony will create a collaborative menu with celebrated Chef Juan Pablo Loza at COMAL, Chileno Bay’s innovative signature restaurant. Their one-night-only menu will blend Loza’s sustainably sourced seafood and Anthony’s innovative approach to plant-driven cuisine, taking guests on a culinary journey that explores the best local ingredients that Baja has to offer.
