Montego Bay, Jamaica – The Tryall Club is excited to unveil a series of fresh offerings for the winter season combining luxury with culinary pursuits, wellness, and authentic Jamaican culture. From the rejuvenated Spa at Tryall to exclusive dining experiences at the new Ooshan Restaurant highlighting the island’s vibrant flavors, guests will find plenty of reasons to escape to this iconic destination. Additionally, travel to Jamaica will be more convenient than ever in 2025, with several new flight services increasing access to the island.
Highlights and seasonal news include:
- Introducing the new Ooshan Restaurant: The newest fine dining oceanside restaurant in Montego Bay, the Ooshan Bar and Restaurant opens to guests and the public on November 27. Ooshan (the Jamaican patois word for Ocean) will be open daily through high season and will be featuring a modern reinterpretation of Jamaican cuisine from Head Chef Kevin Betton. The bar at Ooshan will be the fun, social spot for “Sunset Hour” from 5-6 pm. This is the first time Tryall has opened a culinary outlet to outside guests, and it promises to be one of the top new dining spots in Jamaica.
- The Spa at Tryall: The new Spa at Tryall opened earlier this year. Designed by local architect Nancy Maffessanti in collaboration with her father, it blends traditional Jamaican design with local artisanship. Inspired by the seven chakra colors, the spa offers a yoga and meditation room, four treatment rooms, and a shaded terrace with stunning views. New signature treatments include the Bamford Ultimate Signature Massage, personalized facials, and 90-minute spa journeys like “B Silent” for sleep and “B Strong” for deep tissue massage. JACANA, an organic Jamaican wellness brand, offers CBD-infused treatments like the Renew ritual for detoxification and the Essential ritual for holistic balance. Local ingredients from Jamaica – including juice shots, teas, and cacao – are incorporated into treatments and beverages, with herbs sourced from the spa’s organic garden.
- New Flights: There are several new flight services launching to Jamaica in 2025. Notably, Virgin Atlantic will introduce a new daily direct service from Toronto to Montego Bay starting on February 24, 2025, which expands access to Jamaica from Canada. In addition, Sun Country Airlines will begin hosting seasonal flights to Montego Bay this winter from Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport. The nonstop flights between Milwaukee and Jamaica will begin January 25 and will operate twice a week through April 5. This is in addition to seasonal service from American, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest, United and Spirit Airlines from several major US gateways.
- Rates at Tryall start at $6,500/week for a one-bedroom villa (two persons) in winter season, with prices higher during Festive Period. Rates include villa staff.
