New for 2025, Caribbean resort, Apes Hill Barbados, is delighted to add to its luxury real estate portfolio with the introduction of new design-led Hilltop Villas from spring 2025.
The four-bedroom Hilltop Villas, with their contemporary single-story styles, will overlook the resort’s Little Apes short course and the 19th hole, with soothing westerly sea views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea.
Staying true to the strong ecological values of the resort, which saw Apes Hill awarded “World Best Eco-Friendly Golf Academy” in the 2024 World Golf Awards, the villas will also include an added environmental feature of a Bioswale Network, designed to concentrate and convey stormwater run-off while removing debris and pollution, beneficially recharging groundwater in the area.
The environmentally conscious and sustainable design of the Hilltop Villa styles is further enhanced with the incorporation of PV solar systems, electric vehicle charging points and charging stations for an electric golf cart which is provided, all inclusive, for the duration of the guests’ and residents’ stay. Transporting guests and the family around the resort comfortably and conveniently at their discretion.
Adding to the family-friendly facilities at Apes Hill, including fun filled activity programmes, “Little Apes” and on-site babysitters, the new villas have been designed to create the perfect family getaway, spread across an open floor plan.
Hilltop Villa guests will also benefit from a range of on-site amenities, including –
• Clubhouse with concierge service
• Hiking and walking excursions through Apes Hill nature trails
• Racquet centre including tennis/Padel, and gym
• 18-hole championship golf course
• Golf Performance Centre – delivering custom fitting, swing analysis and biometric fitness plans using state-of-the-art technology
• “The Noisy Cricket” – clubhouse bar and restaurant with ‘Farm to Fork’ initiative
• “The 20th Hole” (Halfway House) – outdoor dining experience

Complementing the new luxury villa offering is a new extensive and immersive series of wellbeing activities and workshop, curated by OYOGO as part of a recently announced partnership.
The thoughtfully curated programmes entice Apes Hill residents and members – as well as residential guests – to embark on a personalised wellbeing journey, blending movement and creativity with authentic and cultural experiences.
The events and activities bring together island culture and holistic wellness, immersing residents in the natural surroundings of the Apes Hill estate.
