Studio K and Victory Ranch Unveil Final Design of New Mountain-Modern Golf Clubhouse in Park City

Kamas, UT – June 12, 2024 – Studio K, the Chicago-based design firm founded by acclaimed designer Karen Herold, and Sterling Bay, a national real estate development firm, proudly unveil the final design of  the latest community amenity: the Golf Clubhouse at Victory Ranch, the private, four-season  community set amidst 6,250 pristine acres just minutes from Deer Valley and Park City,

Overlooking the Rees Jones Golf Course, the two-story, 24,000-square-foot Golf Clubhouse emerges as a hub of activity, offering an inviting and memorable retreat for its golf community. This highly anticipated amenity marks Studio K’s final project and Victory Ranch’s last ground-up investment in the development,  providing premier facilities including a 170-seat restaurant, locker rooms, a pro shop, lounge seating, and two state-of-the-art golf simulator rooms on the first floor.

The second floor features a restaurant boasting panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, as well as an adjacent outdoor patio with a fire pit, delivering a new al fresco dining offering. Studio K designed the dynamic space with comfort and authenticity considered, inviting guests to savor their meals in a relaxed yet refined setting.

The Golf Clubhouse blends into its natural surroundings while making a bold statement with its contemporary architecture. Studio K’s curation of natural materials, textured finishes, and earthy tones creates a harmonious dialogue between the building and its environment, ensuring that every visit is a premier mountain-modern living experience.
