New Florida Hotels Opening in 2023

2023 will welcome a number of new hotels in the sunshine state.

According to US News & World Report, Florida will continue to be a strong travel destination for both domestic and international travelers next year. New hotels include new longstay, apartment-style offerings in Miami and Wynwood’s first hotel.

Here are five Florida vacation destinations ready to welcome you for the New Year.

NEW: Arlo Wynwood

Located in the heart of Wynwood, The Arlo Wynwood is an experience driven hotel set to debut November 1. The property will be the first hotel to open in Miami’s preeminent creative and cultural district, which is the home to the largest concentration of street art in the world. With guest rooms starting at $239 per night, the all-new 217-room, nine-story hotel will serve as the cultural hub for residents and visitors while offering savvy travelers prime access to the best of the region. NEW: The Elser Hotel & Residences – Downtown Miami

The Elser Hotel & Residences is an all-new luxury 646-room hotel in Downtown Miami set to open this fall. The 49-story tower captures all the energy of the city with innovative design and a community-driven approach. Travelers can seek refuge on the hotel’s 19,000-square-foot sun deck, offering pristine views of FTX Arena, MacArthur Causeway and iconic South Beach. The space features a 132-foot-long pool with a large area for sunbathing on relaxing daybeds and chaise lounges. NEW: Kimpton Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort

Kimpton Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort is a boutique hotel channeling an elevated and vibrant atmosphere with an art deco flair. Opening in 2023: Gale Port Miami – Downtown

In 2023 601 Miami,  a  51-story mixed-use Office, Hotel and  condo  tower  will  open  in Downtown Miami just south of World Center directly east of Freedom Tower. It’s the first condo hospitality residential tower in the heart of Downtown Miami. Upon completion, 601 will have 448 residential condominium units, a 240-room hotel, Gale Port Miami and 125,000 feet office component. 601 Miami will also serve Miami locals, residents and hotel guests with the 70,000-sf space called The Social, which will include gym, spa, outdoor restaurant, indoor bar & restaurant, sushi bar & lounge, rooftop pool, office space, media room and more. Ground floor dining includes 7,100 square feet Italian concept with a grab and go market. Bodega Taqueria located on the southeast side of the building.

Opening in 2023: Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences – Singer Island

Spanning over seven beachfront acres of the Atlantic shoreline, Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences is a wellness resort located on Palm Beach County’s picturesque Singer Island.
