New Executive Sous Chef at Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa
GRAND CAYMAN, March 18, 2024 – Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of Eduardo Bronte as its new Executive Sous Chef. With an impressive culinary background and a passion for creating extraordinary dining experiences, Chef Eduardo is set to raise the Grand Cayman resort’s already acclaimed food & beverage offerings to new heights.

In his role as Executive Sous Chef, Chef Eduardo will be in charge of supporting all culinary programming at Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa. Originally hailing from São Paulo, Brazil, Chef Eduardo is a skilled professional chef with over 20 years of kitchen excellence behind him. Classically trained in traditional European, Middle Eastern, Central/South American, Asian, Caribbean and North American techniques, his approach expertly finds the middle ground between tried-and-true favorites and bold new recipes.
Before joining the Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa team, Chef Eduardo was the Executive Chef at InterContinental Luanda Miramar in Angola, another one of the IHG brand’s luxury five-star properties. Here, Chef Eduardo oversaw eight managers and a staff of 100+ team members, who all reported to him as the property’s culinary leader. In overseeing the operations of seven dining venues and a convention center with a banqueting capacity of 2,000 seats, he was responsible for designing and executing innovative and diverse menus and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
