At The Brewery Gulch Chef’s Table, food is more than just sustenance—it’s a journey. Executive Chef Stephen Smith, renowned for his innovative use of locally sourced, organic ingredients, curates an unforgettable meal tailored to each guest’s unique tastes and preferences. The experience begins with a private pre-dining consultation, where Chef Stephen personally collaborates with guests to craft a menu that reflects their culinary interests while showcasing the region’s freshest seasonal offerings.
The dinner itself unfolds in a breathtaking coastal setting, where guests can breathe in the sharp scent of eucalyptus and redwood as fog rolls in from the Pacific. Over the course of the evening, Chef Stephen acts not only as the mastermind behind each dish but also as the personal guide, serving every course himself and providing insights into the ingredients, preparation techniques, and inspirations behind the meal. The experience is further elevated by a prize-winning selection of fine wines and champagnes—with a bottle of Louis Roederer 2014 Cristal Brut (or another similar bottle of that caliber)—expertly paired to enhance each course.
