Developments are going above and beyond to introduce five-star culinary concepts exclusively to residents. From partnerships with top restaurant brands like Cipriani and Carbone to food and beverage programs designed by Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs.
The experiences have been personalized to residents to feature food & wine pairings, seasonal menus and breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Residents will enjoy some of the most delicious meals in the world in the comfort of their own residence, resort-style pool deck or beautiful dining room.
Below, we’ve compiled a few of the most aspirational projects at the forefront of this culinary takeover in the luxury residential world.
The Perigon // Nota by Shaun Hergatt, a Mediterranean Private Restaurant on the Oceanfront
Located along the tranquil stretch of sand between Indian Creek and the Atlantic Ocean in Miami Beach is The Perigon, a luxury condominium that announced a resident-only restaurant and speakeasy curated by Michelin-starred chef Shaun Hergatt. The restaurant, Nota at The Perigon, will be the chef’s first-ever Mediterranean concept while FityThree, the speakeasy cocktail lounge will boast a fun and playful style. With architecture by OMA and interiors by Tara Bernerd, the building features 73 spacious two- to four- bedroom residences designed to evoke the sophistication of the European Riviera while capturing the essence of a five-star resort. In addition to the top-notch culinary concepts, The Perigon will also be home to a wine room and garden, game room, breakfast lounge, oceanfront swimming pool and spa, and a terraced fitness center with ocean views. Completion is expected in 2026 and prices begin at $4.15 million.
Bentley Residences // The Private Restaurant by Celebrity Chef Todd English
The first-ever Bentley-branded residential tower in the world is just as over the top as the vehicles themselves, from the stunning diamond-shaped glass facade inspired by the iconic Bentley motif to the exclusive amenities. Located in Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach, Bentley Residences will feature a resident-only restaurant curated by four-time James Beard award winning chef Todd English.
The chef will personally appear at the private restaurant for select resident-only events, such as food and wine pairings and demonstrations. The menus will rotate seasonally, and will also be available for in-residence dining. Bentley Residences touts 216 private homes, each designed with private plunge pools on the terraces and home spas with a sauna and indoor-outdoor shower in the primary bathroom. Residents have access to the innovative Dezervator, which hoists cars and their passengers up to their condominium and their very own private sky garage as well as other amenities such as a spa, cinema, cabanas, and much more. Prices start at $5.25 million, with completion expected for 2026.
Cipriani Residences Miami // Private Cipriani Speakeasy and Dining Experiences
As the brand’s first ground-up residences in the U.S., Cipriani Residences Miami harnesses the essence of the Cipriani brand, recognized for its sophisticated style, world-class service and four generations of history and tradition that goes back to the launch of Harry’s Bar in 1931 in Venice. One of the most intriguing and exciting components of Cipriani Residences Miami will be the resident-only dining experiences. Residents will have exclusive access to dining services by Cipriani, available both in-home or in the poolside dining lounge, and access to multiple reservable private dining rooms. Further elevating the lifestyle at Cipriani Residences Miami is a wide array of additional hotel-like amenities, including an elevated resort-style deck with two swimming pools, a sun terrace, fully equipped state-of-the-art fitness center, dog park, and much more. Marrying Miami’s modern aesthetic with Cipriani’s nautical Venetian heritage, Cipriani Residences Miami will feature 397 private condominiums with 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, private outdoor spaces and custom finishes by 1508 London. Prices start at $1.7 million, with completion expected in the heart of Brickell in 2026.
