SEATTLE (October 23, 2024) – Lotte Hotel Seattle, Seattle’s premiere luxury hotel from South Korean hospitality brand Lotte Hotels, is excited to announce this fall season’s culinary programming at signature restaurant, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge. In addition, the downtown property has launched a fall package for both travelers and Seattle locals alike to take advantage of Seattle’s favorite season.

Located on the 16th floor of Lotte Hotel Seattle, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge offers breathtaking panoramic views of downtown Seattle, Elliott Bay, and the Olympic Mountains. The Wine Spectator award-winning restaurant features a Contemporary Pacific Northwest cuisine with a Korean touch in an innovative yet approachable style. Inspired by the abundance of unique seasonal and sustainably grown ingredients from local foragers and farms, the dining menu is ever-changing to reflect the products in season. Skyline Spirits at Charlotte
Lotte Hotel Seattle welcomes guests for an evening deep dive into the world of Asian whiskies, led by expert hosts Duncan Chase and Michelle Rowlette. Guests will be able to sample half ounce pours of selected whiskies from Japan, Taiwan, and more, paired with small bites from Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge to enhance the experience. Following the tasting, guests can continue the evening with a dinner reservation at Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge. The first event of the new spirits centric series will take place on November 2 and will be $70 per person. Reservations can be made here. Must be 21+.
House of Suntory & Beam Whisky Dinner
On November 16 from 6:30 – 9:30 pm, guests are invited to sip, savor, and experience an exclusive House of Suntory & Beam Whisky Dinner, all while enjoying sweeping views of Elliott Bay from Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge. The five-course culinary adventure will be created by Charlotte’s Executive Chef Jon Park with exclusive Whisky pairings from the House of Suntory & Beam portfolio. Thanksgiving at Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge
Guests can elevate Thanksgiving this year by leaving the cooking to Lotte Hotel Seattle. The property will be hosting a luxurious 5-course Thanksgiving feast, perfectly complemented by seasonal cocktails, optional wine pairings, and a breathtaking backdrop of the Emerald City. Reservations can be secured here and are $125 per person.
In addition, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge will be hosting two wine dinners in December: a Dossier Wine Happy Hour & Wine Dinner hosted by former Seahawks player, Sidney Rice, on December 20 and another one hosted by former New England Patriots player, Drew Bledsoe, on December 12.
Lastly, the downtown property invites guests to enjoy the allure of autumn with two seasonal packages. The Seattle in Season room package invites guests to make the most of the fall weekends and enjoy up to 20% off two-night stays. This offer will be going through April 20, 2025.
