Los Cabos is one of Mexico’s Top Dining Destinations in Mexico’s First-Ever Michelin Guide

This month, Michelin has made a big splash announcing its first-ever guide in Mexico, recognizing the top restaurants showcasing the best of Mexican cuisine.

Baja California was featured prominently on the list, with Los Cabos’ COMAL at Chileno Bay Resort & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection honored in the first-ever guide to Mexico.

Lauded for its breathtaking ocean views, COMAL is an al fresco restaurant featuring contemporary Mexican cuisine that celebrates the country’s distinct regions and traditions alongside world-class seafood.

The menu changes seasonally, with modern interpretations of Mexican dishes that showcase Los Cabos’ famed seafood culture and community. With sustainably sourced seafood, menu highlights include Chocolata Clams a la Diabla with Ginger, cucumber, fermented hot chile sauce; a daily Catch and Peas Ceviche featuring fresh seafood, herbs, peas, radish, and habanero oil; and Octopus Huarachope with masa, peanut mole, yogurt, seeds, and fresh greens; alongside a inventive cocktail menu and extensive wine list.
