In June of 2023, Las Catalinas began construction on the first single-family home in El Prado, the town’s next phase of development. The Houston, Texas family has been coming down to Las Catalinas for ten years. The inspiration for the design of their home, which is slated for completion in early 2024 stemmed from walking through town in Las Catalinas during their many visits and appreciating the lifestyle that the town offers. After a decade of vacationing in Las Catalinas, the family’s dream of owning a home in this seaside town is now a reality.

Travel Arrangements and Accommodations

The Residential Sales Team will set up an initial call to understand trip preferences, dates, and make initial recommendations for residences available for purchase. Once travel dates are solidified, the Residential Sales Team will personally introduce travelers to a Travel Agent with Beach Town Travel to book accommodations and experiences in Las Catalinas. As Las Catalinas’ trusted partner, Beach Town Travel has over 60 different accommodation options to suit a wide range of preferences and needs including beachfront villas, charming townhouses, and luxury apartments.
Program Inclusions
As a participant in the Fly & Buy Program, travelers will receive a discounted rate for accommodations for travel between November 30, 2023 and December 15, 2024.* Should travelers decide to purchase a residence within one year of the trip, flights for two adults, ground transportation, and accommodations costs will be deducted from the purchase price of the residence at the time of signing a legally binding Purchase and Sale Agreement.*
