Washington’s most anticipated hotel of 2024, the 445-room Arlo Washington DC is Arlo Hotels’ first property in the D.C. market and its seventh in the U.S. The hotel sits where The Harrison Apartments, the city’s oldest-known surviving conventional apartment complex, once stood, as Arlo Hotels leads the complete restoration and preservation of the building. Ideal for leisure and business travelers, Arlo Washington DC is conveniently located in the city’s bustling Judiciary Square neighborhood, four blocks from Union Station and less than a mile from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Once complete, Arlo Washington DC will comprise 229,846 square feet, including an indoor-outdoor rooftop lounge and pool, four meeting rooms, a restaurant and bar, a “Bodega” café and lounge, an interior courtyard and more.

The Perry Hotel Naples – Opening Fall 2024
The Perry Hotel Naples is a boutique, 160-room resort featuring world-class amenities, ground-level and rooftop pools, a seventh-floor open-air rooftop bar, and a full-service restaurant offering chef-driven cuisine and unmatched panoramic water views.
