The Movie-Star Spa Menu
Hilton Molino Stucky Venice’s world-class team at the eforea Spa will be on hand to get guests red carpet ready during festival season with a selection of pampering new treatments. The menu includes:
Red Carpet Glow Face & Body Treatment – €90 (50 min)
An illuminating facial treatment and rejuvenating massage, this package was designed to achieve that sought after film star glow, ensuring guests are looking their best once the cameras start to roll. Thanks to a combination of lavender eye patches and circulation-boosting massage, the face is left luminous and perfectly primed to maintain flawless make up all night long. A luxurious Macadamia oil is then applied through a relaxing full body massage, providing an all-over glow.
Flawless Glam Facial – €55 (25 min)
This anti-ageing facial treatment harnesses the power of oxygen, red coral and alga padina pavonica (commonly known as the peacock’s tail) to provide a smoother, firmer and brighter complexion with wrinkles visibly reduced. Consisting of a double cleanse followed by ultrasonic peeling to eliminate impurities and even-out the skin texture and a face massage, collagen mask and pavonica pad for a firming and invigorating effect, this fabulous facial prepares guests for a starring role in under 30 minutes!
The ‘As Seen on Screen’ Cocktail Menu
Once guests have been preened and pampered from top-to-toe, they can don their finery and settle in for a show as Hilton Molino Stucky Venice’s team of award-winning mixologists prepares their aperitivo of choice. Guests and locals alike will be able to enjoy these tempting tipples at the Skyline Bar, located on the rooftop terrace of the hotel where they can take in the sweeping views of Venice. The limited edition ‘As Seen on Screen’ Aperitivo menu includes:
The Great Giovanni – €20
Move over, Gatsby, there’s a new (old) sport in town! The most famous of all drinks in the Rickey category and Great Gatsby author F. Scott Fitzgerald’s personal favourite, this twist on the Gin Rickey combines gin, lime and mandarin soda to kickstart the party, whether on West Egg or South Venice. This tipple is inspired by Hilton Molino Stucky Venice’s own protagonist Giovanni Stucky, who begins his evenings and social events by drinking the famous Gin Rickey but revisited in a completely personal way. The Great Giovanni is served using the hotel’s own Gin Stucky, which is comprised of four botanicals from the local lagoon – a truly Venetian experience from the first to last sip!
Giudecca as Manhattan – €18
Make like Marilyn Monroe in I Wanna be Loved by You with a glass full of old-Hollywood glamour! Hilton Molino Stucky Venice’s take on the classic Manhattan swaps the city that never sleeps for the city of canals and is a blend of Bourbon whiskey, select, orange bitters and peel that will make guests feel like a screen siren.
Red Sky Cosmo – €18
Made to be drunk exclusively at the most glamorous spot in the city… Hilton Molino Stucky Venice’s Skyline Bar! A delectable blend of mandarin vodka, Cointreau, grapefruit and lemon juice, syrup and fresh basil, this dolce vita spin on the legendary Cosmo is the perfect aperitivo accompaniment to Venice’s greatest show of all – sunset over the city. And best of all? Guests of Hilton Molino Stucky Venice get prime seats.
A Scorcese Supper at Bacaromi Restaurant
In homage to the late, great Ray Liotta, star of the 1990 Scorcese hit Goodfellas, Executive Chef Luca Nania has created a very special ‘Red Carpet’ recipe for guests of the Bacaromi restaurant. A blend of Gragnano spaghetti with sweet red pepper cream, Cantabrian anchovy crumble, Adriatic mussels, sweet garlic and gold, the dish is a nod to the scene in which Paul “Paulie” Cicero serves up a prison feast – finely chopping his garlic with a razor blade! Bacaromi, which unveils a new menu this Summer, serves up traditional Venetian flavours revisited and reimagined within an informal and welcoming setting.
A-list dining options continue at Aromi, the hotel’s fine-dining restaurant. Providing a culinary journey that starts from the lagoon and travels throughout the Mediterranean, Aromi serves up a range of gourmet dishes created by Chef Luca and accompanied by fine wines selected by Maître Giovanni.
