With a current portfolio of 88 extraordinary hotels, Fairmont will be expanding with 7 new properties across the globe keeping an ongoing commitment to crafting exceptional luxury experiences in the most sought-after destinations.
Fairmont will debut their first-ever properties in Vietnam, Thailand, Spain, and Japan in 2025 with the Fairmont Hanoi, Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit, Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol, and Fairmont Tokyo. Guests can look forward to the rich culture brought to these locations, from authentic cuisine and traditional flamenco music and dance in Andalusia to picturesque views of Tokyo’s local landmark Rainbow Bridge.
Fairmont is also expanding upon their presence in the United States with the highly anticipated Fairmont New Orleans while introducing its second property in India, Fairmont Udaipur. Finally, Fairmont will reopen Fairmont Golden Prague in the heart of Old Town, revitalizing the historic gem as the brands first hotel in the Czech Republic.
- Opening in early 2025, Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol. Set in a yet-undiscovered corner of southern Spain, this 311-room resort marks Fairmont’s first property along the southern coast of Europe. Offering endless views of the Mediterranean, the expansive property captures the joyful spirit of Andalusia through authentic culinary feasts, restorative wellness experiences, meaningful cultural immersions, and lively gatherings all deeply connected to the region’s rich heritage.
- Opening in early 2025, Fairmont Golden Prague, the first Fairmont in the Czech Republic. Located in the heart of Old Town at the gate of the prestigious Parížská Boulevard and on the banks of the Vltava River, this heritage-listed landmark will set a global benchmark for luxury accommodation, cuisine and cultural immersion.
- Opening in summer 2025, Fairmont New Orleans. The project is part of the historic redevelopment of the former Bank of New Orleans building, primely located in the city’s central business district, nearby the famed French Quarter. Fairmont New Orleans will offer 250 luxury guest rooms, including 40 suites; three food & drink venues; a rooftop swimming pool with expansive city views; a 10,000-square-foot spa; and 20,000 square feet of multi-function space.
- Opening in summer 2025, Fairmont Udaipur. With a unique hillside location and exclusive access to the forest reserve, the property is spread over 16 acres of land, offering guests unparalleled access to nature and views of the city. The 340-room hotel features over 100,000 square feet of events space; a variety of outdoor spaces, recreational offerings, and dining venues; and luxurious one-of-a-kind holistic wellness experiences at Fairmont’s signature Spa.
- Opening in July 2025, Fairmont Tokyo, the first Fairmont in Japan. The property is set in a prime location along Tokyo Bay, boasting stunning views of Rainbow Bridge to the east and Tokyo Tower to the west. Perfectly balancing the vibrant energy of the city with the tranquility of the waterfront, the 217-room property boasts five restaurants and two bars, three outdoor terraces, sky chapel, sky banquet room, grand ballroom, spa, signature infinity pool, outdoor bathing pool, and fitness facilities in a refined and contemporary environment.
- Opening in late 2025, Fairmont Hanoi. Located in the heart of Hanoi, only a 10 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, the 241-room hotel takes inspiration from the culture and history of Thang Long. An urban resort with a wide range of offerings, the property features six dining and bar venues including a rooftop restaurant, two indoor and outdoor swimming pools, an faiextensive gym, wellness spa and bathhouse.
- Opening in 2025, Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit, the first Fairmont in Thailand. Bringing a new level of luxury to the heart of the capital’s central business district, the 419-room Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit will open as the first fully integrated luxury MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) hotel in Thailand, boasting extensive meeting facilities, scalable with a choice of room size, and equipped with the latest technology, including virtual meeting equipment.
