Hilton Molino Stucky Venice’s Executive Chef Ivan Fargnoli and his brigade will serve up the most tempting of Easter dishes across the hotel’s spoiling dining destinations, Bacaromi, Aromi and Rialto Bar & Restaurant, all weekend long. Likewise, at Skyline Rooftop Bar, the talented team of mixologists will be shaking up some very special liquid treats to mark the occasion.
A series of Easter specials will hatch at Bacaromi restaurant, a locals’ favorite and laid-back family-style eatery, offering guests a cozy and genuine atmosphere and the opportunity to dine like a Venetian. A tantalizing selection of Easter dishes will be available in the evenings from Thursday March 28th to Monday April 1st – as well as for a very special lunchtime opening on Easter Sunday – and includes dishes such as tuna carpaccio, pea and squid ink risotto and lamb rack and spring vegetables with Lavender Sauce. When it comes to dessert, it wouldn’t be Easter in Italy without a slice of Hilton Molino Stucky Venice’s homemade Easter Dove cake – served with an inviting accompaniment of special sauces – naturalmente! This sweet treat will also be available all day long at Rialto Bar & Restaurant for those wishing for an extra fix.
For an additional indulgence, the elegant restaurant Aromi will reopen for Easter weekend, with a selection of Chef Ivan’s new signature dishes on offer.
Liquid Indulgence at Skyline Bar
Over at Skyline, the hotel’s rooftop bar – the highest in all of Venice – guests can unwind with a seasonal cocktail and mocktail mixology selection while watching the sun set over the city of canals, or as an after-dinner late night treat.
For those who prefer their Easter indulgence in liquid form, Skyline’s talented team of expert mixologists will serve up a limited-edition White Rabbit cocktail, featuring the hotel’s very own Stucky gin.

Ingredients
- Stucky gin
- Amaretto
- Double cream
- Egg white
- Lemon curd
- Vanilla pasteMethod
- First, pour the gin and amaretto into a shaker with ice and shake until ice cold and well blended.
- Combine the double cream, lemon curd, vanilla paste and egg white in a mixing bowl.
- Layer the cocktail and double strain into a chocolate egg, within a Nick*Nora glass.
- Crack the egg and enjoy!
