Dominica Ranks #1 on T & L’s World’s Best List of Top Caribbean Islands

Roseau, Dominica – July 12, 2022 – Today, Travel + Leisure announced its World’s Best Awards list of winners for 2022 with Dominica (pronounced Dom-in-EEK-a) ranking as the top island in the Caribbean, Bermuda, and the Bahamas. This is the first time Dominica has been honored as a top island in the Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards. Travel + Leisure recognizes the top hotels, islands, cities, cruise lines, airlines, spas, and more around the globe, based on the results of the Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards 2022 readers’ survey. Readers rated islands on the following characteristics: natural attractions/beaches, activities/sights, restaurants/food, people/friendliness, value.
