Cutalong at Lake Anna Celebrates Summer with Exciting Member Golf Events

(LAKE ANNA, Va.) – Cutalong at Lake Anna, Central Virginia’s premier master-planned private golf community situated northwest of Richmond, announces it will host several spirited golf events for club members beginning with the Tensome Shoot-Out on August 13.

Forty members will be eligible to participate in this thrilling tournament, with one player from each group of 10 eliminated per hole. When all groups have finished, each of the group winners will head back to the first tee to begin an elimination process for the overall champion. This event includes cart fee, beverages and prize monies for the day’s top performers.

The Cutalong Lake Anna Civic Association Charity event is a fantastic opportunity for members and non-members to enjoy a day of golf while supporting the LACA Charity, whose mission is to preserve and protect the cleanliness, beauty, and safe use of Lake Anna and its watershed. Taking place on August 20, the Captain’s Choice tournament allows members to play with up to three non-members, with food and beverages included.

A flagship event for Cutalong each year, the Men’s Member-Guest is slated for August 25-27 with three days of friendly competition and food and beverages highlighted by a Friday night stag dinner social. Prize monies and trophies will be up for grabs for 72 participants, and the $700 entry fee per team also includes a tournament favor.
