Airy and contemporary, Limelight Boulder will feature 250 guest rooms, along with a ground-floor restaurant and an outdoor plaza that are both envisioned to be public gathering places for the local community. The hotel’s conference facilities will offer a 15,000-square-foot ballroom, along with another 10,000 square feet of meeting space with variable layouts offering innumerable interior and exterior options including an event lawn and a second story “viewpoint deck” with unbeatable views of the Flatirons.
