Valentine’s Day Specials at Gessner

Grand Hyatt Vail and new Executive Chef Pascal Coudouy invite guests, visitors and locals alike to Gessner, the resort’s fine dining restaurant, to enjoy romantic dinners for two for Valentine’s season. Inspired by the surrounding Rocky Mountains, highlights include an elk carpaccio with pistachio relish, arugula and grilled bread, miso glazed cod with crispy scallion rice, shiitake mushrooms and asparagus and for dessert, a choice of a strawberry almond champagne cheesecake or decadent chocolate and red berry cake.
