That’s 150 expertly crafted cocktails inspired by the resort’s extensive offering of 150 fine tequilas, featuring native Mexican ingredients. Much like the hotel’s commitment to luxury, which was highlighted by a stunning $40 million renovation unveiled in the summer of 2021, these margaritas have undergone extensive recipe development, presentation perfecting, and taste tests by a team of innovative mixologists and skilled tequila connoisseurs.

The menu is then broken down into four categories: Classic, Modern, Fusion and Exotic. The cocktails are crafted using silver, reposado and añejo varieties of tequila, as well as mezcal, so the expansive menu is guaranteed to have something for whatever your palate prefers. Tequila brands range from Sauza Hornitos to Don Julio Real, a variety of them infused with untraditional ingredients such as black tea, beetroot, and serrano chili peppers. Not to mention, many of the margaritas featured on the menu showcase a heavy influence of Mexican culture including the 7 mole Margarita which pairs black mole sauce with Herradura Selección Suprema. And of course, this expansive margarita selection needed a larger-than-life display, so the 150 Margarita Menu can be found on a nearly 4-feet tall display for guests to ponder over the possibility of trying them all.
