Here’s how they celebrated Earth Day at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf & Spa:

The beachfront property hosted an educational activity with children, named El Huerto, to expand their knowledge on the importance of protecting the Earth. During El Huerto, children were introduced to the new garden space at the resort and taught about the different kinds of crops grown—everything from aromatic herbs to fruits and vegetables. The kids were later shown how to harvest them and even had the opportunity to plant their own seeds. The activity came to an end with a cooking demonstration by Chef Gerardo Rivera, Corporate Chef at Grupo Posadas, using the ingredients harvested by the participating children.
