Move over goat yoga!
A 5-Star hotel in Scotland offers a Naughty Sheep experience that’s the cheekiest new wellness offering from across the pond.
We all know that laughter is a powerful wellness tool, and that laughing has countless health benefits– both physical and psychological.
From stress reduction (laughing triggers the release of endorphins), boosting immunity (increases the production of antibodies) to cardiovascular health (improves blood flow and circulation). Guests at Cameron House in Scotland will be offered all those endorphins and more thanks to this new Wacky & Wooly Wellness collaboration they just launched.
Remember when goat yoga was a thing? A new take is this ‘Naughty’ Sheep encounter (very Scottish in that it’s quite cheeky, and won’t fail in igniting a good chuckle).
Wacky & Wooly Wellness – New Partnership with Naughty Sheep
Cameron House just launched a partnership with Naughty Sheep, an ethical animal encounter/ holistic farm-focused wellness experience in Scotland. Guests at Cameron House have access to an exclusive monthly retreat which includes a yoga flow session (complete with gorgeous views of the Scottish countryside) and a guided sound meditation experience where guests can relax with sheep themed blankets and pillows.
But the true highlight of the retreat is the afternoon tea experience with the Naughty Sheep. A traditional tea in the garden meets the farm’s own naughty sheep who join in for cuddles as well as trying to snag a bite or two of the homemade snacks on the table. Their poor table manners create a whimsical and humorous experience for all guests and there’s even a chance to feed the lambs with bottles of fresh milk.
