The resort is hosting a romantic candlelight dinner at NIZUC’s Signature Restaurant Ramona with a personally curated menu from Chef Irving Cupul that showcases the best local ingredients on a contemporary interpretation of traditional Mexican cuisine which pairs perfectly with Sommelier’s selection of Santo Tomas wines, or you can opt for a selection of crafty cocktails.

As the ambience helps to set the mood for romantic night the meal begins with the Chef´s Amuse Bouche and as a first course the Textures of Beetroot, Walnuts & Dried Fruit Crunch, Red Apple. Two entrées offer a choice of multiple flavors:  Buttered Salmon Trout, Asparagus, Brie Cheese Sauce, Rose Petals & Vanilla from Papantla Infusion and Stuffed Quail with Walnuts, “Mole Rosa” Glazed Carrots with Orange and Sparkling Wine.

For a sweet ending to this fantastic meal a “Valentine’s Cake”, Meringue, Strawberry Ganache, Raspberry Coulis and Vanilla Namelaka Cream. Couples will enjoy a special take away gift of chocolate truffles to conclude the evening. The delectable romantic culinary experience can be enjoyed for US $129 per person plus service charge, available on February 14th from 6:00pm-10:00pm. The resort is additionally offering a memorable experience at the NIZUC Spa by ESPA with their “signature” Wine Therapy massage treatment with a selection of soothing grape essential oils. This ritual will be performed in the exclusive Spa Villa with private pool and outdoor deck followed by a 30-minute Oxygen Therapy session with the aroma of your choice. At the end of your treatment, you will receive a glass of our “Santo Tomás” house wine accompanied with a delicate selection of chocolates specially crafted by our pastry chef.
