Grand Villa Argentina, a prestigious landmark in Dubrovnik, Croatia, has begun an extensive renovation. Under the vision of renowned Croatian architect Marko Dabrovic, the project is slated for reopening in late 2025.

About the Renovation: 

A part of the Adriatic Luxury Hotels group, Grand Villa Argentina, along with its neighboring sister property, Villa Orsula, will experience a complete transformation curated by Croatian architectural studio 3LHD. The revitalized Grand Villa Argentina will emerge as a luxury seafront hotel, offering unparalleled views of Dubrovnik’s Old Town and the majestic Adriatic Sea. Just a five-minute walk from the historic center, the hotel will boast meticulously refurbished Mediterranean gardens, revamped al fresco dining, an expansive spa area, an outdoor pool, and spacious decks overlooking the sea and Old Town.

Leading the project is the award-winning Croatian architect Marko Dabrovic, a native of the very neighborhood surrounding Grand Villa Argentina. Dabrovic’s vision for the renovation is deeply rooted in tradition, paying homage to the breathtaking landscape and rich cultural heritage of Dubrovnik. Inspired by the historical values of the existing buildings and the natural beauty of the Adriatic coast, the project aims to create a unique and harmonious retreat seamlessly blending the old with the new.
