Located in San Pedro Town, on the island of Ambergris Caye in Belize, Alaia Belize is the first true four-diamond resort on the island.

The boutique resort opened in 2021 and spans over 20 acres with 155 luxurious guestrooms and suites, including two and three-bedroom villas.

Uniquely, Alaia Belize is the only luxury resort in Belize with a dive shop that also allows guests to receive a PADI certification onsite. The Belize Barrier Reef, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996 and home to one of the most important ecosystems in the world, sits minutes off the shore of Alaia Belize. The second largest reef system in the world teems with a wide range of marine life including more than one hundred different coral species, five hundred species of fish and hundreds of invertebrate species. The resort’s Dive the Barrier Reef Package includes 7-night accommodations and 5 two tank dives with equipment from Belize Pro Dive Center, an Authorized 5 Star PADI Dive Center departing directly from the resort’s dock.

With five dining concepts, Sea Salt restaurant is the properties crown jewel featuring fresh catches of the day, high-quality seafood, and meats with a Belizean twist. The resort boasts the country of Belize’s first-ever suspended rooftop pool and lounge with 360-degree views of the surrounding ocean and greenery as well as a piano bar with a self-playing baby grand piano.
