El Cielo Resort in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico Presents the Annual Harvest Festival

VALLE DE GUADALUPE, BAJA CALIFORNIA (August 10^th, 2023) – Nestled in the heart of Mexico’s renowned wine country, El Cielo Resort is pleased to announce its upcoming Harvest Festival, a captivating series of events and bookable packages that promise an extraordinary blend of wine, food, and culture. The festival runs from August 1 through September 30 2023, offering guests an unparalleled experience celebrating the harvest season and marking one of the most important events in the wine production process.

Guests looking to participate in harvest festivities will find the Grape Harvest Celebration Experience an ideal entry point. Including hands (and feet!) -on grape crushing, a tasting of El Cielo’s two Astros Line wines, a tour of the underground cellar and a four-course food and wine pairing at Latitud 32, this experience provides visitors a complete first person look at the harvest process and is available from August 1 through September 30, 2023. Foodies will rejoice in the special appearance by Chef José Luis Ronquillo, executive chef of the Mexico City outpost of world famous The Palm restaurant.  The Palm will be in Valle de Guadalupe from Saturday, August 5 through Sunday, August 20 at El Cielo’s Latitud 32 Restaurant, serving its renowned mix of prime steaks and seafood.

August 11 will bring two extra special events.  El Cielo de Noche, an evening affair consisting of a wagon ride around El Cielo’s spectacular vineyards, a tasting of three wines from the winery’s Constelaciones Line, star gazing with telescopes, a barbecue buffet paired with El Cielo wines, and a roaring bonfire. Earlier in the day, guests can indulge in a hands-on, outdoor painting workshop while sipping some of El Cielo’s most celebrated wines.
