Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay Launches The Rooftop by Ibiza Bay

IBIZA, SPAIN – (June 26, 2023) Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay has unveiled The Rooftop by Ibiza Bay just in time for summer. Previously only open for select events, The Rooftop by Ibiza Bay is a place for those in the know, inviting hotel guests, locals and island visitors alike to discover an exclusive space. Guests can enjoy sundowners accompanied with uncompromising views across the sparkling Talamanca Bay and the fortified old town of Dalt Vila – making it one of the best places on Ibiza to watch the sunset and the moonrise.

Following a pre-opening evening (attended by the likes of model Vanessa Breuer, designer Charo Ruiz and Chef Nobu San himself), The Rooftop by Ibiza Bay has now officially launched and is open from 7pm from Thursday to Sunday. No two nights are the same at The Rooftop by Ibiza Bay: whether watching the fireworks over San Juan, basking in the light of the full moon or looking out over the flickering bonfires on the beach. Guests can also discover speciality cocktails crafted by Pernod Ricard mixologists such as the refreshing Blushing Gin Sour and Gronis in the Vineyard, alongside an impressive wine selection and Champagne Perrier Jouët.

Each night of the week will centre on a different theme, making every visit to The Rooftop by Ibiza Bay an unforgettable experience:

• Live Music Nights: Bay Unplugged every Thursday – soak up the sunset soundtracked to live music
• DJ Set: Nobu Plus+1 every Friday – with DJs and musical artists
• DJ Set: Ibiza Bay & Beats every Saturday – enjoy live food stations to the sounds of Ibiza
• Wellness Nights: Self Sundays every Sunday – with mindfulness, meditation and wellbeing by NFT

Extra special one-off nights will also run throughout the summer. Earlier this month Ibiza Bay’s OPO augmented reality wellness experience, debuted hosted by founder Chris Connors himself. The OPO portal will now be available throughout the season combining guided breathwork, mindful observation techniques and sound bathing to accelerate guests’ relaxation with potent vibrational tones. To celebrate La Vispera de San Juan at the end of June, the world-renowned Dr Barbara Sturm and Blisspoint™’s Lisa de Narvaez will share their expert tips in an intimate skincare, wellbeing and lifestyle workshop. More one-off nights will be announced throughout the season.

The Rooftop by Ibiza Bay Joins The Just Opened Nobu Lounge As The Hotel’s Latest Additions

The Rooftop by Ibiza Bay joins the hotel’s signature Nobu Restaurant, poolside pop-up Gusto by Nieves Barragán, Chambao By the Beach and the recently opened Nobu Lounge. The island’s newest laidback late-night drinking destination, Nobu Lounge is perfect for post dinner drinks or a pre-club warm up. With the exclusive feel of a member’s club plus an enviable list of ultra-premium spirits, bespoke cocktails, bottle service and beats, this intimate space at the heart of Ibiza Bay is a place to mingle with like-minded people and unwind. Guests will also be able to enjoy dishes unique to the White Isle from Nobu restaurant, whilst soaking up the glamour and unique energy to the soundtrack of music by iconic island DJs.
