PGA National Resort Announces First Annual ‘Hole in One Challenge’
(PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.) – PGA National Resort – South Florida’s world-class golf, pickleball, vacation, culinary, family, weddings, corporate and group events, and spa destination now showcasing the stunning results of its recent $100 million transformation – announces an exciting family-friendly roster of activities for the upcoming Memorial Day weekend including the 1st Annual “Hole in One Challenge” with a chance to win $50,000 for an ace.
Taking place from May 24 – 26 and ideal for all ages, the array of Memorial Day festivities includes live entertainment in the resort’s elegant Lobby Bar on Friday and a fun-packed Saturday “Pool Day” at the property’s beautiful zero-entry pool highlighted by food and tropical drink specials as well as live DJ sets throughout the day. The weekend culminates on Sunday (May 26) with the introduction of PGA National Resort’s exciting Hole in One Challenge.
“The Hole in One Challenge will be held on the Staple Course, the resort’s celebrated nine-hole, par-3 layout designed by Andy Staples which opened to rave reviews in 2022. In addition to the chance to win $50,000 for one lucky “shot of a lifetime,” the Staple Course will also showcase plenty of family fun with multiple BBQ stations, drinks, live music, bouncy castles, face-painting, putting contests and more all adding to the excitement throughout the day.”
The all-inclusive entry fee includes full access to all the fun activities listed above and is priced at $85++ per person, $23++ for children ages 6-12, and complementary for kids under 5-years-old. A portion of the proceeds from the Hole in One Challenge will help support PGA National Resort’s Members Club charity arm, Community Outreach Charity Fund (COCF). The COCF directly benefits and supports small, local, not-for-profit agencies working with the vulnerable populations in Palm Beach County. The COCF makes grants to enable these agencies to provide specific services to those in need.
