Park Lane New York Debuts New Partnerships & Experiences on Famed Billionaires Row
New York, New York – February 13, 2023 – Perfectly positioned at the most sought-after address in Manhattan, Park Lane New York, a Highgate-managed hotel, has been transformed into a welcoming haven for tourists and locals alike – a daring departure from its neighbors on Billionaire’s Row. Rising 47 stories into the New York skyline, the hotel is an iconic example of legendary Emery Roth & Sons’ trademark post-war style. Following an $80 million renovation, the 610-room Park Lane New York has reemerged as a bold and inviting space on Central Park South, launching amenities and partnerships that speak to the modern New Yorker. In partnership with Highgate, Scott Sartiano and Bond Hospitality offer three unique food and beverage concepts. In the hotel lobby sits Rose Lane, an 80-seat lobby bar with an outdoor terrace; on the second floor Harry’s New York Bar is a cozy all-day dining restaurant offering a menu of classics; on the 47th floor sits Darling, the only rooftop lounge and cocktail bar on Central Park, offering sweeping panoramic views from the Upper West Side to Upper East Side.
As a taste of the programming guests will experience throughout the year, the hotel has launched a collaboration with Bronx-born culinary collective, Ghetto Gastro for a limited-edition menu at Harry’s New York Bar, in honor of Black History Month. Available throughout February, dishes riff on Ghetto Gastro’s signature line of WAVY waffle mixes, and include: Mix & Match Ghetto Gastro’s WAVY Waffles available for breakfast featuring Ancestral Roots & Toasted Matcha Waffles topped with Fresh Berries and Walnut Sovereign Syrup for $18. In the evening, guests can enjoy Fried Chicken & Ghetto Gastro’s WAVY Waffles for dinner, featuring Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Ancestral Roots & Toasted Matcha Waffles with Walnut Sovereign Syrup for $28.

This past weekend, Park Lane New York took the opportunity to showcase The Belvedere Suite, a luxe two-bedroom suite, that had yet to be debuted to the public. The captivating 1,750 square feet of living space includes a wet bar, a media room with theater-style seating and surround sound, and unparalleled views across the city and Central Park from the 45th floor. Leading up to the big game, as a taste of experiences that can be expected from the property, the hotel launched a partnership with luxury cognac producer LOUIS XII to debut a Super Bowl LVII package. With a price tag of $50,000 for the night, a group of 15 guests could watch the game surrounded by the city’s spoils. The suite was to be stocked with LOUIS XIII throughout the game with one of the brand’s ambassadors providing white glove service and leading a celebratory cognac toast.
In the guestrooms, caviar cravings can be satisfied around the clock with the soon-to-launch Caviar Hotline. Available to all in-house guests beginning February 14th, caviar fanatics have 24/7 access to the specialty menu and can order in-room by dialing “5”. The Caviar Hotline menu includes small and large tins of Petrossian Royal Ossetra Caviar, Champagne, an ice-cold vodka shooter, and selected food items including Smoked Salmon Blinis with Caviar and crème fraiche, and decadent Caviar Nachos. For those dining at Harry’s New York Bar, The Caviar Happy Hour will also launch this month with daily offerings available from 5 PM – 7 PM featuring a menu of the same luxe twists on caviar classics from the in-room hotline.
Park Lane New York was redesigned by Yabu Pushelberg in 2021, with inspiration from the hotel’s natural vitality and the wonders of Central Park’s changing seasons conveyed through an engaging collection of sumptuous fabrics and colors, curved lines, and restored historic fixtures original to the property. New York City-based artists En Viu created playful murals for the guest rooms and public spaces, all inspired by famous operas and ballets, that artfully guide the hotel experience and lure visitors through the wonders of Park Lane New York.
