Chef Sebastian brings fresh leadership and deep experience to the culinary team, further enhancing the guest experience at the resort’s signature dining venues—Ox & Ocean and Sugar Beats—both nestled along what has been named California’s #1 beach destination three years in a row.

Chef Sebastian, originally from Pirmasens, Germany, brings over two decades of experience in kitchens across Europe and North America, most recently as Executive Chef at DoubleTree Tulsa Warren Place and Chef de Cuisine at Conrad New York Midtown. A long-standing member of the Hilton culinary community since 2003, he’s known for his collaborative approach and has received accolades including Hilton’s Spirit of Blue Energy Award.
