Viceroy Hotels & Residences has announced the upcoming opening of Viceroy Park Avenue, the brand’s first hotel in New York City. Opening December 2026 in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood, the project marks a significant milestone for the company as it establishes a flagship presence in one of the world’s most competitive luxury hospitality markets.
Designed by Meyer Davis Studio and managed by Highgate, Viceroy Park Avenue will feature 252 accommodations, destination dining in partnership with TAO Group Hospitality, a rooftop pool and lounge, wellness facilities including a one-of-a-kind Wellness Penthouse, and meeting and event space.
The announcement comes amid a period of strategic growth for the brand, including the upcoming opening of The Observatory Sun Valley, A Viceroy Resort, recent expansion into Portugal with Viceroy at Ombria Algarve, a partnership with African Bush Camps in Botswana and Zambia, and additional future developments in Puerto Rico, Waikiki Beach, Mexico, and the Hudson Valley.
