The Strand Turks and Caicos Now Accepting Reservations

DENVER – The Strand Turks and Caicos, a luxury resort community located on 2,230 feet of oceanfront in Providenciales, is now accepting reservations for overnight guests starting November 23, 2024, with limited availability. Upon completion, The Strand, part of The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd., will feature a variety of accommodations including single-bedroom Suites, multi-bedroom Villas, and expansive Private Residences. Designed in collaboration with RAD Architecture, Inc. and Modus Operandi, each of these luxury accommodations is adorned with impeccable style and breathtaking ocean views and feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors, spacious terraces, and hand-crafted infinity pools that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living.

Visitors are guests of The Club at The Strand, enjoying a la carte services, including butlers, private chefs, special culinary events, and an array of outdoor adventures, such as water sports, racquet sports, an accessible beach, and more. Amenities include a restaurant and beach club, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a “Maestro in Residence” program, a kids’ club, and an exclusive marina, which offers guests access to a Boston Whaler with a private captain.

“At The Strand, our goal is for every guest to feel like an integral part of the vibrant community we’ve cultivated,” says John Fair, managing director of The Strand. “The Club is designed to offer not just luxurious amenities but also immersive, thoughtfully curated experiences that resonate with both our homeowners and first-time visitors. We’ve crafted our programs and facilities to encourage exploration of nature’s playground and to take advantage of the warm, inviting waters of the Caicos Banks. Our hope is that guests leave with lasting memories and a deep sense of connection, both to each other and to this remarkable place.”

Opening this fall, an upscale restaurant and bar, The DelMar, will feature an outdoor beachfront patio with cabana seating dotted throughout and a kitchen naturally built into the hillside with a living green roof. Specializing in the freshest fish, seafood, prime steaks and chops, cooked on an exhibition wood fired Parrilla, or smoked in-house, fusing flavors from Asia, Latin America, and the Mediterranean, The DelMar at The Strand sets the new standard for dining in Turks and Caicos. An adjoining waterfront bar will offer a more casual menu and specialty cocktails throughout the day.

“The DelMar is focused on creating beautiful, simple, and honestly prepared food for The Strand’s homeowners, guests, and Turks and Caicos locals,” says Culinary Director Craig McNeil. “With a casual daytime pool and bar menu and relaxed seating beneath the almond trees for an upscale evening out, our culinary program utilizes local fisherman to offer high-quality food and fresh ingredients.”

The Strand is set to become one of the most sustainable resorts in the Caribbean with solar integration from local leader Renu Energy TCI providing more than 75% of the community’s power. The Strand is also designed as the first designated “Pollinator Sanctuary” in the Caribbean in partnership with renowned Denver-based Butterfly Pavilion.

Remote yet easily accessible, The Strand is located near the Leeward Highway, the main east-west thoroughfare through the island. Cooper Jack Bay is ten minutes from the Providenciales International Airport and 15 minutes to the world-famous Grace Bay Beaches and shopping area.

Nightly rates at The Strand start at $800. For reservations and to learn more about The Strand Turks & Caicos, please visit www.thestrandtci.com or follow @thestrandtci.
