In a destination known for rum punches and frozen cocktails, one bar is rewriting Aruba’s nightlife narrative. Blu Tap Cider, the Caribbean’s first dedicated cider bar, has officially opened at Radisson Blu Aruba, introducing a harvest-driven, small-batch cider experience to Palm Beach.
Developed exclusively for the resort, Blu Tap Cider partners with South Hill Cider, a founder-led cidery from New York’s Finger Lakes region known for its orchard-based, terroir-driven approach. The rotating selection evolves with each apple harvest, offering styles that range from bright and crisp—ideal for Aruba’s warm evenings—to more complex, tannic expressions that rival fine wines. Guests can explore the lineup through a guided Cider Flight of Four, alongside cider cocktails, premium spirits, and a curated wine list.
The concept taps into cider’s global renaissance, reviving a beverage with ancient roots and positioning it as a sophisticated bridge between beer and wine. At Blu Tap, that philosophy extends to the plate, with thoughtfully paired tapas from Don Esteban Gourmet, creating a natural dialogue between food and drink.
Open daily from 3-10:30PM, Blu Tap Cider offers travelers and locals alike a refreshing new ritual on Palm Beach—one that trades umbrella garnishes for orchard character and seasonal nuance.
