The new offerings for Spring/Summer 2026 include:
Spring Dining, Aperitivo & Sunset Sounds at Terrazza 241
Perched above the lake with panoramic views, Terrazza 241 continues to be the social heart of Hilton Lake Como, where aperitivo becomes an elevated ritual and each evening unfolds to the rhythm of the setting sun. This season sees the launch of a new Spring menu, celebrating the finest seasonal ingredients through refined, contemporary dishes. Highlights include smoked buffalo mozzarella with puntarelle, Cantabrian anchovies and basil oil; cappellacci filled with potato and smoked provola, served with crispy potato chips and basil oil; and honey-glazed duck breast with leek and orange reduction—each dish designed to reflect the delicate, fresh flavors of Spring.
The iconic Terrazza 241 aperitivo experience remains a standout, served on its signature tiered stand with a curated selection of seasonal bites that evolve throughout the year. Complementing the food is an imaginative cocktail list crafted by expert mixologists, inspired by the world of the senses and designed to take guests on a multisensory journey. From 5:30 pm daily, live DJ sets bring a sophisticated energy to the terrace, transforming it into a vibrant meeting point where guests can sip, socialize and soak in the ever-changing hues of Lake Como at sunset.
Streetfood Returns: A Celebration of Italian Summer
From 1st April, Hilton Lake Como welcomes back its much-anticipated Streetfood pop-up, launching over the Easter weekend and running until the end of October. Set on the outdoor terrace of the Taffeta lobby bar, this lively concept captures the spirit of Italian summer with an informal, open-air dining experience.
Designed as a convivial gathering space, Streetfood invites guests to come together over a selection of authentic and flavorful dishes served across themed stations. Highlights include freshly baked pizzas from a traditional Ape Piaggio wood-fired oven, classic pasta dishes prepared with simplicity and authenticity and artisanal gelato created in collaboration with the historic Gelateria Rossetti.
An Aperol Spritz bar adds a vibrant touch, serving Italy’s most iconic aperitivo in a colorful, relaxed setting that perfectly reflects the joy of long summer evenings by the lake.
With its warm lighting, relaxed seating and upbeat atmosphere, Streetfood once again promises to be one of the season’s most beloved experiences – an invitation to eat, drink and connect under the open sky.
