Couples will fall in love with the exquisite tasting menu that includes the famed Michelin-star chef’s signature Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup and “Sealand,” which features A5 Japanese wagyu beef, lobster, tortelini, carrot and coral jus. The Valentine’s Day tasting menu is priced at $360 per person.
  • Lovebirds can flock to the iconic Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse at Flamingo Las Vegas for Valentine’s Day. The restaurant offers a prix fixe menu priced at $300 for two, featuring a choice of Tomahawk Rib Eye & Bone Marrow or Surf and Turf for the main course.
  • For a twist on the iconic “Lady and the Tramp” scene, couples can share the Cacio e Pepe Bucatini, served in a warm pecorino toscano cheese wheel for two, at GIADA inside The Cromwell. To end on a sweet note, lovers can indulge in a special heart-shaped dessert on Feb. 14 or the Clouds of Tiramisu for two during the weekend.
  •  Couples looking to experience a new restaurant this Valentine’s Day can dine at Ramsay’s Kitchen at Harrah’s Las Vegas. The newly opened restaurant by Chef Gordon Ramsay offers a prix fixe menu for the holiday, priced at $105 per person. Highlights of the menu include Grilled Oysters, the signature Beef Wellington, Lamb Shank and the must-have Sticky Toffee Pudding.

  • Dominique Ansel Las Vegas at Caesars Palace is turning its pastry case pink with special Valentine’s Day treats Feb. 9-14. Couples can toast to love with Snickerdoodle Cookie Shots with Strawberry Milk. Or guests can say those three special words with an I Love You Berry Much Strawberry Pavlova, featuring light-as-air strawberry meringue with lychee ganache, mascarpone ganache, strawberry compote, and fresh strawberries.

  • In honor of Valentine’s Day, Qua Baths & Spa at Caesars Palace offers sweet spa specials Feb. 1-28.
    • The Couples Bliss Retreat offers the perfect opportunity to relax and reconnect. Starting at $910 per couple, the 100-minute service features a full-body coconut sugar scrub exfoliation, the choice of a paraffin hand and foot treatment or a nourishing hot oil scalp massage, a private shower for two and a hydrating custom pressure massage with essential oils.
    • Guests can also treat their sweetheart or themselves to the Enhanced Qua Signature Facial, which starts at $200 per person for 50 minutes. The custom treatment takes pampering to the next level with an added luxurious serum selected for guests’ specific skin needs.
  • For a romantic retreat, Reflections the Spa at Planet Hollywood offers the Couples Getaway this Valentine’s Day. Guests can indulge in a custom 50- or 80-min massage with hot stones and aromatherapy in a private couple’s suite. Following the massage, they can unwind while soaking in a private tub and enjoy heart chocolates and a glass of Champagne. The 50-minute service starts at $419 per couple, and the 80-minute service starts at $489 per couple.
