Teaming with Cheney Brothers International and GliddenSpina Architects, Sailfish Point expanded several kitchen areas for better quality, speedier service and a modern experience. The comprehensive renovation provides the club’s Ocean Room dining staff with improved production space to accommodate social and group events.
The upgrade also includes addition of top construction and kitchen equipment at the popular Beach Club, Sailfish Point’s Carvery was also rebuilt and extended to accommodate buffet and lunch dining. The Terrace Grill, previously a quick-snack and beverage bar, was expanded into a full dining venue.

Sailfish Point also welcomes Melissa Woods as beverage manager. A certified sommelier with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Woods founded the first private chef and special event management company in Charlotte, N.C.
The National Association of Women Business Owners recognized Woods for her commitment to excellent customer service.
