Located within the vibrant INNSiDE Ibiza rooftop setting, the Sunset Rooftop Experience on August 12, 2026, will bring together music, gastronomy, and atmosphere in celebration of the island’s eclipse moment. The evening will feature a vinyl-only DJ session, where the resident DJ, performing exclusively on vinyl, will invite a guest DJ to join him for a back-to-back set designed to build energy throughout the night.
The culinary offering will be developed in collaboration with a well-known local Ibiza restaurant, ideally rooted in the island’s community, to co-create a bespoke menu concept tailored specifically for the occasion, showcasing authentic flavors with a contemporary twist. A minimum spend of approximately $58 USD (€50) per person applies, with a specially curated short menu available for the occasion, and guests able to exceed this amount through consumption.
The rooftop has a total capacity of 204 guests (149 seated and 55 standing), creating a relaxed yet social atmosphere.
