It is with great pleasure that Palmasola welcomes our new Guest Experience Manager, Jorge Graciano. Jorge has a wealth of experience in hospitality to include tenures at the St. Regis Punta Mita, The Westin Resort & Spa, Presidente Intercontinental and most recently at Casa Mita within the Punta Mita Resort. Jorge is passionate about customer service and working with guests to create personalized experiences. “I love meeting with guests and working along side our team to exceed expectations. We aim to make dreams happen here at Palmasola”, explains Jorge.
