The Mountainside Margaritas class invites guests on a guided scenic hike through the Sierra landscape followed by a handcrafted margarita prepared by an expert guide, creating a refreshing way to unwind while exploring Tahoe’s alpine beauty.
The Taste of the Sierras class offers a sophisticated cocktail crafting experience where participants create custom syrups, explore herbs found throughout the Sierra Nevada Mountains, and craft cocktails inspired by nature. Guests are welcome to a private speakeasy lounge overlooking the mountain landscape while they participate in this unique experience.
The Foraged and Free class offers a zero-proof cocktail experience. Welcoming guests to indulge in a variety of herbs that promote health and natural ways of relaxing or energizing. The resort’s seasonal “Après in the Pines” class delivers a cozy alpine inspired experience perfect for cooler months.
