Domes Resorts is entering the 2026 summer season with significant momentum, marked this week by two new openings in Greece and a series of strategic expansions across Europe.
This week, the brand officially debuted the family-friendly Domes Aulūs Lindos Rhodes, its first property on Rhodes, and will open the adults-only Domes Aulūs Chania in Crete tomorrow, May 1. Both launches fall under the relaunched Aulūs sub-brand, an elevated take on the all-inclusive model designed around the brand’s “Cool Living” philosophy.
Beyond Greece, Domes is continuing its international expansion with the acquisition of Casa Collective (backed by Goldman Sachs), alongside new developments in Spain and Portugal.
Read on for an overview of upcoming Domes Resorts openings and developments:
New Greek “Cool Living” Ultra All-Inclusive Properties
- Domes Resorts is relaunching its Aulūs ultra all-inclusive sub-brand with two distinct openings: Domes Aulūs Lindos Rhodes (April 29) and Domes Aulūs Chania (May 1). Each property reflects the brand’s “Cool Living” ethos—an elevated, hotel-within-a-hotel concept centered on privacy, exclusivity, and immersive programming. While both resorts share the same foundation, each interprets Aulūs differently. Lindos offers a vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere rooted in a relaxed Rhodes spirit, while Chania delivers a serene, adults-only escape defined by refined design and tranquility.
- The Aulūs experience is built around three pillars: culinary, entertainment, and wellness. Guests can expect diverse dining options ranging from curated buffets to à la carte restaurants, alongside specialty Greek wines. Wellness programming is deeply immersive and locally inspired, including yoga, meditation, sound healing, and cultural experiences. Evenings transition into curated entertainment with themed events, DJ sets, and mixology experiences tailored to each property’s atmosphere.
- The relaunch of Aulūs arrives at a time when demand for high-quality, flexible all-inclusive travel continues to rise, particularly among millennial, Gen Z, and family travelers seeking ease, transparency, and elevated experiences.
Casa Collective Acquisition
- Domes Resorts has entered an agreement with Goldman Sachs to acquire Casa Collective, the hospitality platform behind Cook’s Club, Casa Cook, and XIA, marking a new phase of international growth for the portfolio. Casa Collective operates 13 hotels across key global destinations, with additional properties in development. While it will remain an independent hospitality platform, it will benefit from Domes’ operational expertise and development capabilities. Within the portfolio, Cook’s Club offers a vibrant, social hospitality experience centered on music, food, and community; Casa Cook delivers a minimalist boutique concept defined by understated design and a strong sense of place; and XIA introduces a family-oriented, experience-driven model designed for all ages. Together, these brands form a complementary hospitality ecosystem designed to evolve alongside changing traveler lifestyles and expectations.
International Expansion
- A key pillar of Domes Resorts’ international growth is its entry into Spain with the launch of Baobab Suites in Costa Adeje, Tenerife in January 2026. As the brand’s first property in Spain, this marks a geographic expansion beyond its established presence in Greece and Portugal. The wellness-focused, all-suite resort features 125 spacious residences designed for privacy, seamless indoor-outdoor living, and long-stay flexibility, with many offering private pools, expansive terraces, and Atlantic Ocean views.
- This expansion is further strengthened by the brand’s association with Cascade Wellness Resort in Lagos (Algarve), Portugal in March 2026, reinforcing Domes’ growing presence across Southern Europe. Located in a premier wellness and sports destination, the property complements the brand’s focus on experiential, destination-led hospitality.
