New Fine Dining At La Coleccion Resorts!

Cancun, Mexico (May 24, 2023) – To kick off summer travel, Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun All Inclusive Spa Resort—part of La Colección Resorts by Fiesta Americana—is excited to announce the grand opening of three new fine dining outlets. Set to debut this upcoming summer season, the new restaurants promise to serve guests a diverse selection of world-class cuisine, adding to the already impressive award-winning roster of dining options available at the resort.

The first venue, Tuscany, will specialize in Tuscan cuisine, including fresh, homemade pasta dishes like spaghetti Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe, classic antipasti like Sicilian Arancini, and a variety of salads. Foodies looking to experiment will delight at the wide variety of risottos offered, such as the seasonal Pescatore—made with fresh seafood, white wine, and a touch of saffron—and many more unique creations from the menu. End the meal with the restaurant’s unique interpretation of time-honored desserts, such as Tiramisu and Gelato. Diners are welcome to enjoy Italy’s most celebrated cuisine as the melody of live tenors fills the air, transporting them to a realm of culinary and musical delight.

Also joining the culinary offering at this luxury resort is Torii. This authentic Asian restaurant will feature a sushi bar, Teppanyaki Tables that seat up to 120 guests, and nightly entertainment including an ancient Japanese drum ceremony, a traditional Chinese lion dance and a time-honored sake ritual performed to usher in good luck, fortune, and prosperity. Guests will enjoy innovative and creative rolls and temakis, using the freshest ingredients, along with other star menu items like the Kampachi sashimi with jalapeño and miso and crispy rice with spicy tuna and wakame. Those looking to elevate their dining experience can opt for the Chef’s Omakase menu, which is accompanied by miso soup, fried rice, and your choice of one of three protein options: Wagyu A5, lobster, or sea urchin.

Rounding out the new culinary venues is an Argentinian-Mexican steakhouse called HAVANNA. This restaurant is designed to evoke a sultry dinner club ambiance, complete with late-night Tango shows during dinner that transforms the venue into an exciting nightclub after dark. The restaurant’s specialty will be Argentinean grilled cuts prepared using a red-hot charcoal grill. Visitors will savor all sorts of cuts like Beef Filet, Ribeye, Korobuta Pork Chop, and a rack of Lamb, as well as premium cuts like Tomahawk, Kansas City and Porterhouse for an additional charge. HAVANNA’s menu will be complemented with classic salads in large portions to share, and an extensive list of accompaniments like roasted asparagus, creamed spinach, wild mushrooms, mac and cheese with aged cheddar, and Ribeye chicharron.
