Located directly on the ocean between 74th and 75th Streets with 350 feet of shoreline, Ocean Terrace includes these Resort Residences, as well as a separate 52-residence condominium tower, curated retail spaces that enrich the local streetscape, a private members club as well as a RAMSA reimagined historic hotel that will feature 42 luxury guest rooms. It spans an entire oceanfront block and recently completed a five-acre Raymond Jungles-designed public park that blends nature, art and community.
