Torno Subito Miami

While F1 weekend in Miami typically centers around the racetrack, world-renowned, culinary-icon Chef Massimo Bottura is shifting the spotlight offshore. On Saturday, May 3 at 5:30 p.m., Bottura will host an ultra-exclusive, one-night-only dining experience beginning with aperitivo hour aboard Arkhaus – a private, members-only floating venue – followed by a six-course tasting menu at his Michelin-recognized Miami restaurant, Torno Subito. Staying in Miami Beach during F1 weekend? There’s no better dining hotspot than the recently opened Uchiko in Sunset Harbour, the brainchild of the James Beard Award winning Chef Tyson Cole. A counterpart to Wynwood’s Uchi,  Uchiko elevates smoke and char alongside the fresh, clean flavors that define the iconic brand. The menu offers a robust “from the hearth” section, where the yakitori grill takes center stage for both hot and cold preparations. A tasting menu displays the nuances and complexity of beef from Japan, Australia and the U.S., complemented by a daily selection of freshly flown-in fish.
