Inviting guests for a festive wonder-filled stay within a canal side setting, the Giudecca island property will host a series of opulent offerings, from live music and Italian-style festive banquets to festive cookie-making workshops, winter cocktails and the hottest New Year’s Eve celebrations in the city.

Festive Feasting

Family-style feasting is at the heart of every Italian Christmas and Hilton Molino Stucky will uphold every element of this tradition, with an authentically Venetian take on festive dining.
The indulgence begins on Christmas Eve, where Bacaromi restaurant will offer a selection of festive dishes from 24th – 26th December 2024. Christmas Day lunch at Bacaromi restaurant will see guests dine on holiday flavors and Italian Christmas staples while the New Year’s buffet at Il Molino restaurant is the perfect informal and festive location, with options for even the fussiest of eaters.
For those who have tasted it all (until now!), a seven-course New Year’s Eve gala extravaganza with the finest Italian and French wine pairings at Aromi restaurant awaits, with dishes including langoustine raviolo, wild seabass wellington and wagyu beef sirloin.
Those with a sweet tooth can even take a slice of festive wonder home with them this year, with esteemed pastry chef Chiara Abate’s homemade panettone shop, where guests can sample and purchase the chef’s deliciously authentic take on the Italian Christmas staple.

There’s no better way to ring in the most wonderful time of the year than with a spot of live music and guests of Hilton Molino Stucky can expect a sensational line up this season.
Every Friday and Saturday evening in December including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Rialto Bar and Restaurant will host ‘Winter Notes’, a live piano bar session from 6-10 pm. Aperitivo in hand, guests will enjoy a charming and cozy atmosphere as they soak up the dulcet tones of the city’s finest pianists.
On New Year’s Eve, Skyline bar – Hilton Molino Stucky’s rooftop bar, the highest in all of Venice – will host the most exclusive event in town, the Skyline NYE Party. Featuring a DJ set and the best view in the city to watch the fireworks, guests can opt for a variety of table and drinks packages including everything from decadent Champagne to refreshing vodka and gin.
On the big night itself and throughout the festive season, Skyline’s talented team of mixologists will be whipping up a variety of cocktails featuring festive ingredients – just the thing for warming up under the sparkling skies above!
Tickets for the Skyline NYE Party, taking place from 11 pm-2 am on 31st December 2024, cost €70 for those dining at Aromi and Molino, and €105 for external guests, with admission including vouchers for a tempting tipple and glass of bubbles. Guests can also opt to book a table for €530 for six guests, with a choice of refreshments including Champagne, Gin or Vodka, plus soft drinks and fruit.

Whether guests prefer to get crafty or sit back, relax and enjoy a seasonal spa treatment, there’s something for all the famiglia at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice this Christmas.
Little ones will delight in the opportunity to take part in a Festive Cookie-making workshop with the hotel’s Pastry Chef, where they will learn all the tips and tricks for making biscuits that Santa and his reindeer simply won’t be able to resist. There will even be the chance to meet Babbo Natale himself, as he visits families over Christmas Day breakfast at Molino, complete with a surprise or two!
Those who prefer their celebrations in wellness form will be expertly looked after at eforea Spa, where a team of ‘elves’ will be on hand to get guests party-ready with a selection of pampering festive treatments including:
Orange Bliss Sugar Scrub – (50 minutes, €90)
This seasonal scrub with fresh orange and raw cane sugar is a regenerating treatment that gently exfoliates, removing dead cells and leaving the skin soft and luminous. The fresh scent of orange stimulates the senses, while the cane sugar tones and revitalizes. A sensorial experience that not only improves the appearance of the skin, but also provides a moment of pure well-being for the body and mind.
Starry Night Facial Treatment – (50 minutes, €95)
The deeply purifying Starry Night Facial consists of double cleansing and exfoliation with active carbon scrub, which is suitable even for the most sensitive skin. A massage and mask with argan oil, papain and caviar extract is then applied, generating plumped skin with a festive glow.
Formerly a flour mill factory on the peaceful island of Giudecca, Hilton Molino Stucky Venice is a modern Venetian masterpiece steeped in history. This listed building has been beautifully restored with a series of recent refurbishments, including 24 new suites by famed interior designer Biagio Forino unveiled in April 2024.
