Incline Village (May 20, 2026) – Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino, an award-winning year-round resort nestled in the stunning natural beauty of North Lake Tahoe’s Sierra Nevada Mountains, announces the debut of new wellness-focused experiences as part of its signature Adventure program. The new offerings range from guided forest walks that encourage guests to reconnect with nature to multiple sound-based experiences including a movement-to-music class and trumpet meditation.
“North Lake Tahoe offers one of the most inspiring natural settings for wellness and renewal,” said Ryan McKenzie, Adventure Director at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino. “We are excited to add these new experiences to help guests try something new and enjoy intentional relaxation in our beautiful setting.”
Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe’s Adventure program was developed in 2020 to provide outdoor, socially distanced experiences for guests. Throughout the years, the program has grown to feature a robust menu of standing and seasonal activities, many of which are complimentary for resort guests.
The new additions include the “Stillness of Sound,” a unique sensory experience featuring a live trumpet performance designed to create a calming, meditative atmosphere. Guests are guided to deepen body awareness, release tension, and fully embrace the present moment through the resonance of sound.
Additional new experiences include a “Mindful Forest Walk,” a slow, guided group journey through Tahoe’s wooded landscape. The “Breathe & Be” restorative yoga class uses supportive props to gently guide the body into passive poses, encouraging full relaxation while incorporating calming breathwork to sooth the nervous system. Guests can also participate in the “Roll & Release” activity, a guided session focused on gentle movement and self-myofascial release techniques, offering practical tools guests can incorporate into their wellness journeys after their stay.
In addition to these new experiences, the Adventure program offers an array of experiences for all interests and activity levels. Guests can explore the regional through guided hikes on some of North Lake Tahoe’s most scenic trails, participate in family-friendly archery classes, and enjoy hands-on creative experiences such as the “Burns & Brews” workshop where participants can create their own piece of word-burned artwork while enjoy local beer. Another popular option is the “Mountainside Margaritas” excursion which combines a guided hike with a bespoke margarita making session using local ingredients which guests can enjoy as they take in the stunning Sierra Nevada backdrop.
Located on the Nevada side of North Lake Tahoe, Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe offers an ideal summer retreat along North America’s largest alpine lake. Guests staying between Memorial Day and Labor Day receive daily beach access to two exclusive Incline Village beaches, with complimentary transportation to and from the resort every 15 minutes.
To help travelers make the most of their Tahoe getaway, the resort debuts the “Get More With Your Stay” promotion for 2026 and early 2027 travel. Guests who book the offer will receive $100 resort credit per night, which can be used at Stillwater Spa, Adventure activities that require payment, and delicious on-site dining.
