Fouquet’s Hotel and Residences, Miami Design District (launched this spring)
A groundbreaking new offering, Fouquet’s Hotel and Residences, Miami Design District introduces the first residential development to Miami Design District and marks the first U.S. residences managed by the iconic Parisian hospitality brand. The recently announced ski-in ski-out project by Extell Development Company and Hilton, Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley Resort and Residences, is expected to debut in 2028 at Deer Valley East Village in Park City, Utah. The two-tower property will include 132 hotel keys, a curated suite of on-site amenities, 105 branded residences, and additional private residences, with architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox and interiors by AvroKO.
