Hilton Lake Como’s Tours of Casino Royal Site

Villa del Balbianello is located on a wooded promontory on Como lake. This elegant, romantic 18th-century mansion and its magnificent garden have hosted writers, scholars and travellers, including Count Guido Monzino, the last owner of the Villa. It’s 38 km from Como. The Villa can be reached on foot or by taxi boat from Lido di Lenno.

From Hilton Lake Como the guests can take a taxi and reach the villa in 30 minutes.  (for approx. 100 €). The cost for the visit of the villa with a guide tour is 22 € per person. The villa is open from 10 a.m to 6 p.m. and a reservation is needed.

Hilton Lake Como has a very special partnership with Aero Club Como, which was founded in 1930 and is the oldest seaplane operation and seaplane flight school in the world. The Aero Club is a 7- minute walk away from Hilton Lake Como so guests can book to have a very special tour of the lake by seaplane with an Aero Club Como pilot.

A flight from Como to Bellagio and back (30 minutes in the air) costs 240 € for 2 people. A reservation is required. You can see Villa del Balbianello, where Casino Royale was filmed by this seaplane tour. It is extremely cool and easy to spot from the air!

This location is about 30mins away from Hilton Molino Stucky Venice via water taxi. Guests can also see other scenes from Casino Royale movie such as in front of Accademia and Rialto market, Piazza San Marco and a few others!
